The past couple of weeks have been spent pulling together the details for a new creative agency: Butler Post-Digital Design Co. "Post-Digital" is a term I've thought about at lot...a short way of explaining it is that its a desire to accept all the current tsunamis of digital miracle as given, and to get back to the human side of creativity and design. The core of the agency is branding and websites, and while there's still a lot to do, the first steps have been surprisingly gratifying.

The polar weather was truly kind of shocking. For more than a week, everything was encased in ice as far as the eye could see. It started January 28th or so...and just today it looks like most of the ice around the house is gone. And good riddance.
