I'm just going to publish the site as I go, completion be damned!
I've had a few different versions of my person website through the years, and I usually do the safe thing and grind and grind, publishing when I'm finished. I mean, that makes sense, right? But I think from here on out I'm going to treat it like a fun public project and document the build online.
This site is going to be a lot more custom...
I've got a lot of tools I use to quickly and cleanly build websites in Webflow, at the top of the list is Relume. Relume is a fantastic tool for very quickly assembling components. Its the kind of stuff you can build on your own, but its just so much more efficient to grab pre-build components and customize them. It can save hours and hours.
But this site is going to be a little different. Most of the stuff here I'm building from scratch. More work, but a labor of love.
Now the stuff I'm not looking forward to...
I still need to reformat portfolio work for this site...and I'm not sure how I want it to look now. The whole point of this site is to do things differently, have fun, break my own rules. I'm open to ideas.
